Let's just say ... Chaos!
Miss Robin and Miss Janice do not get paid
enough to deal with all those squirmy pre-K kids.
Not surprisingly, Brody was one of the squirmiest, too.
For some reason, the twins wanted to
sit with me, so there I was in the midst of the madness, surrounded by wiggly giggly kids. The only way I could
get Brody to sit down was to tell him the seat next to me was the firefighter
seat.
Being a firefighter is currently his life's ambition.
Next time, I've decided to tell him firefighters have to be quiet, looking at the crowd at all times to see if a fire breaks out.
Because this post has largely turned into being all about Brody; another thing he likes to say, as he curls up his biceps, is "Rawrrrr... I'm strong," which made me think of a post in my Christmas series, Because He Came... I Can Be Strong. (See what I did there?)
Do you like devotionals? Why not check out my 23 days of posts examining the benefits Christians enjoy because Jesus came to do life with us. I've listed the links below for you. They are short and sweet!

Awe, how sweet are they? :) Those preschool programs are always so cute, aren't they? And, God bless the loving teachers who chase these little ones around and try to get them to say their parts when it's time. :) Looks like you've been blogging for many years, Jerralea. That's wonderful. I've only been seriously blogging for 3 years, but it's such a fun way to connect with other like-minded writers (like you!). Thanks for sharing today. Hope you're having a wonderful advent season. ((hug))
ReplyDeleteOh boy, nothing like a kindergarten program! Glad you survived.

ReplyDeleteI remember those days of school programs. I don't know who it was harder on, the kids or the parents or the teachers. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI love all the resources you give us for enjoying what’s most important over the holidays. Thanks you for sharing!
