AmaZing Everlasting Love

Throughout your journey, you’re going to experience a lot of relationships. Seasons in your life which includes special loves, friends and passions that are just for that time in your life.

Hopefully, you find one soul-mate to do life with on your journey, the one God has planned specially for you if it should be His will. Some of us have been given the gift of celibacy and receive extra grace to celebrate such a gifting.

However, there is one love no believer should ever have missing from their life; the Lover of their souls. The Lord loves us far above what any human being can love.

His love is everlasting!

Jeremiah 31:3 NKJV
The Lord has appeared of old to me,
saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love;
Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

In this scripture, the Lord was speaking to His chosen people, the Jewish descendants of Abraham; however, the New Testament teaches us all believers are considered grafted into the vine, seeds of Abraham. ALL promises to God’s children apply to us.

An everlasting love!

He never falls out of love with us, finds someone new nor even gets tired of us. His love lasts through eternity; love with no end.

Psalm 100:5 Amplified Bible (AMP)
For the Lord is good;
His mercy and lovingkindness are everlasting,
His faithfulness [endures] to all generations.

Isaiah 49:15 New Living Translation (NLT)
“Never! Can a mother forget her nursing child?
    Can she feel no love for the child she has borne?
But even if that were possible,
    I would not forget you!

Sometimes we do hear of mothers who have no maternal feelings for their child; but God says even if a mother would forget, He never will!

Everlasting mercy. Everlasting love.
