I Am Relentless
I am Your child and relentless in pursuit of You
I wonder how You could love me, yet
I hear You rejoicing over me with singing
I see the love in Your eyes by faith
I want to be in Your presence forever
I am Your child and relentless in pursuit of You
I pretend that heaven is my reality
I feel like it's already home
I touch Your hands and lean on Your shoulder
I worry my loved ones won't know You.
I cry over the times I failed You
I am Your child and relentless in pursuit of You
I understand You gave Your life for me
I say all the time "You're amazing!"
I dream of You saying "Well Done" to me
I try to love others the way You would
I hope to find revelation every time I open Your Word
I am Your child and relentless in pursuit of You

Very beautiful. I love the thought that you feel like heaven is already home, we're already there. I long for heaven, to be done w/ this life, even though it's a blessing, too. Great job!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful. Hey on another note I would love to be able to put your blog button on my blog so that others can check out your great site. Do you have one?
