A Time to Flourish

¹² But the godly will flourish like palm trees
    and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon.
¹³ For they are transplanted to the Lord’s own house.
    They flourish in the courts of our God.                  Psalm 92:12-New Living Translation

Father, I thank You for this promise! In an age where it seems your life is over once you hit your 50's and beyond, You actually promise a season of flourishing, a time of blooming abundantly.

We still have purpose.

Even more amazing, I found out palm trees contribute much more than shade. It is said every part of the palm is used for something. Cedars are amazing, too. Their fibers are practically indestructible and cedar trees have been known to live for a thousand years!

May every godly person determine in their hearts to plant themselves in Your house as often as possible. Let us be used for Your glory.

In Jesus name, so be it, amen.
