AmaZing Highest Love

Sometimes, when life presses in on your journey, you will hear whispers from the enemy; “You’re just not good enough. You have now used up all the love the Master has for you. That last mess-up pushed Him over the edge.”

Looking at His word lets us know:  This is a lie.

There is no limit or end of His love. In fact, the Psalmist David tells us at least twice God’s love reaches to the highest heavens.

Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. Psalm 36:5 NLT

For your unfailing love is as high as the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Psalm 57:10 NLT

You know, in this age of space exploration, I’ve not yet heard of a cap to the heavens. 

No sound of (Tap, tap, tap …) “Hello? Is this thing on? This is the Space Commander to Houston. We’ve just hit the ceiling in space. No more to see here. We will be returning to earth now. Over!”

Nope. In fact, the idea of more space exploration is plainly still a thing. I saw the other day, a poll asking when the time comes we could all either visit or move to another planet, what would be our choice? (I voted I would stay right here, thank you very much.)

The billions and billions of miles of universe isn’t enough to contain all the love God has for you.

His love is faithful. It never gives up or changes its mind.

In other words, He loves us to infinity and beyond.
