Praise Posting at The Loft

Last November, I did a series of Praise Posts throughout the month. I'm not doing it this year, not because I've run out of things to praise God for, because there are tons more things I could list.

God is so very very good to me.

I'm not doing the Praise Posts daily this year because I've learned a thing or two about resting and wisdom. It's not wise to do a 31 Day challenge and then immediately jump into posting each day for the next month ...

However, I am part of a community of bloggers at The Loft and this month's topic just happens to be thankfulness and Thanksgiving. All month long we will be sharing on this subject on Wednesdays.

So, it looks as if I will be praise posting after all!

Today, I was out running errands on my lunch hour. The sky was a vivid blue (after a very foggy morning) and the air felt great - in the 60s. I was feeling all thankful because it was just. A. Good. Day. To be alive.

My kids are healthy.

My grandkids are healthy.

God's brought me this far. There is no reason to think He won't bring me all the way Home.

In fact, He promised to be with me always.

And that, my friend, is enough to praise Him for each and every day from now on.
