Daybook: 06.16.15

I'm back! To my regular readers, I am so sorry I've not been in touch for over a week now. I've suffered a sinus headache of epic proportions and for days could not even look at a monitor.  How great life is when your head no longer hurts!

For Today... Tuesday, June 16th

Outside my window... partly cloudy and a threat of thunderstorms ....

I am thinking... all kinds of thoughts are tumbling around in this brain. I hope to let them out in future posts soon.

I am thankful... there is always something to write, dwell and meditate upon.

I am wearing... a black geometric print shift and sandals. Comfort is key today.

I am creating... memories with the grands.

I am going... to Florida in less than a month ...

I am reading... I've finished up Max Lucado's "Fearless," (sooo good) and will be starting tonight Brennan Manning's "The Furious Longing of God."  I've been looking forward to this.

I am hoping... to enjoy life abundantly.

I am learning... God ALWAYS works things out.

In my garden... on my porch, all the containers have been planted, but as usual, we took so long doing it, a couple wee plants bit the dust ...

In my kitchen... there was a minor kitchen disaster today, so the planned Crockpot Lasagna has become an experiment of cooking Easy Honey Mustard Chicken in the crockpot instead of the oven and substituting thighs for breasts.  We'll see how it goes ....

A peek into one of my days...

The Twins are Now 1 Year's Old!!!

One of my favorite things... having my total outfit (including shoes and jewelry) laid out the night before so in the morning I can just get dressed without thinking about it. A skill I think everyone needs to learn.

From the board room... this seems like a good project to try this summer:
