Dear Ones

Dear Ones,

I love this time of year when being together is such a priority among us all. Holidays mean family and we are so blessed to have each other!

In case I don't say it enough, I want you all to know how very much you mean to me.

To my husband who has been there for me since that long-ago day we met. Knowing I can count on you means everything to me.

To my children who are gifts from God that I thought I might never have. Each of you has been a joy and blessing to my life. I'm so glad you are healthy capable women making your way in the world.  You know what my prayers are for you; and, always keep in mind I will be praying for you until I draw my last breath.

To my grandbabies who brighten my world. MiMi loves you so very much! I am praying for you also every day. I pray that you will grow up to be healthy, happy children of God. My prayers for you are much like my prayers for my own children.

To my friends who have stuck by me even when our paths rarely cross. I pray that God protects you and your families and that someday we will be together again.

To my church family with whom I do life together.  Thank you for all the times you have prayed for me.  It means everything knowing I can call on you and you will lift me up in prayer.

To my readers of my humble blog.  Thank you for coming by and reading the words I post.  Your comments and support mean the world to me.

Most of all, dear Jesus, thank You for everything. I can't imagine where I would be without You!

5 Minute Friday is now hosted by Kate at the blog "heading home." This is meant to be a free write, which means: no editing, no over-thinking, no worrying about perfect grammar or punctuation.

Just write.

Also, the most important rule is that you visit the blog of the person who linked up before you and leave some encouragement.  That’s the most fun of all, and the heart of this community.

  7. This is a great reminder that it only takes a minute or two to tell someone how much they mean to us.
