Daybook-11.19.12

FOR TODAY, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH

Outside my window.
..37° and dreary right now.  It's supposed to warm up to 63° and be partly sunny ... is that better than partly cloudy?

I am thinking... there has to be a way to kick-start my fat-burning capabilities ...

I am thankful...for the daily blessings I'm given - almost too many to count!

In the kitchen...pork chops

I am wearing...black jeans and black animal print twinset

I am creating...digital scrapbook pages.  I'll be sharing soon - and hosting a GIVEAWAY!

I am going... to get my nails done after work.  I love manicures.

I am looking forward to...Thanksgiving, and my baby girl is coming over!  If only Janae and Daniel would be here, too ... but they are coming for Christmas.

Around the house... all is cozy and comfortable, candles everywhere, and warm throws just waiting to be snuggled into.

I am pondering... the sermons Pastor has preached lately about leaving the past behind.

A favorite quote for today...

If Jesus triumphed over temptation with God's Holy Word, how could anyone think they could live a life of holiness and purity apart from the Bible?
… David Jeremiah, Turning Point Devotional  11/15/12

One of my favorite things... new binders and planners.  I'm such a nerd ...

A few plans for the rest of the week: thanksgiving cooking

A peek into my day...

Determining which place setting I want to use for Thanksgiving ...

  2. Hi Jerralea,
I enjoyed your daybook :) Your quote for the day is really inspiring and a great thing to remember and keep in mind.
And both place settings are lovely... I think the second is especially nice and festive!

    Have a blessed day!
