We all have our spot at home where we are the most comfortable, right? It's only fitting that Jerralea's Journey would have a resting spot. After all, I need to recharge my batteries, so to speak, to continue on this path that God has put me on.
Here is my beloved couch. I waited a long time to get the one I wanted. My spot is on the right side of this couch. My spot is actually a recliner. Next to my couch is a lamp table. I love light, and I also loves me a place to put my sweet-tea glass. There is also room for Kleenex, nail polish, emery board and a place to put my phone. You can't see it in this photo, but right below the lamp table is a basket on the floor. This basket holds other important things: my bible, a current book I'm reading, shelter magazines (I just got the new Better Homes and Gardens and I can hardly wait to delve into it.), an afghan, and a pencil (there is always something that needs to be written down). .
My spot used to be my desk and chair until I got my laptop. Then I discovered how comfortable it was to blog sitting in my couch recliner Now I'm there anytime I have free time! Everything I need is close-at-hand, the light is perfect, and my husband's favorite chair is placed at the correct angle where he can give me a foot-rub whenever needed.
What more could a girl want?

A lovely little niche for you! And comfy, too!
