Today, I'd like to share my brownie recipe. I've been making these brownies for over 20 years. I adapted it from Hershey's The Best Brownie recipe. My brownies have been to countless potlucks and has always went over well.
Jerri's Brownies
In large bowl, combine:
1 Cup oil
1 ½ Cups sugar
Stir well with a whisk.
Then add:
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix well.
In a small bowl, combine:
1 Cup flour
2/3 Cup cocoa
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
Then gradually stir in contents of small bowl into wet ingredients. Once both bowls have been combined, spread into a 9x13 pan that you have sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 24.
These are moist and need no icing.

Nothing beats a good brownie, except for maybe a big scoop of vanilla ice cream right on top of it!
