FOR TODAY, MONDAY, JANUARY 7, 2013
Outside my window... 25° and it's o'dark thirty ....
I am thinking...on 1st Peter - there is a lot of good stuff there!
I am thankful... that I'm beginning to feel much more like myself. Each day, I feel better, and I think this week I may be able to get back to my routines. (I started to say, "get back to normal," but then, I've never been normal!)
In the kitchen... pork chops and baked potatoes tonight.
I am wearing... beige pants, black, rust, gold and beige blouse, gold suede jacket.
I am creating... several blog posts (making up for lost time!)
I am going...to try to stay in at night this week while I'm recovering from the flu. I do not want a setback!
I am learning ... to not sweat the small stuff. There is always tomorrow to get it done, and if tomorrow doesn't come ... it doesn't matter anyway!
Around the house... just one more Christmas decor item to put up.
I am pondering... my word for 2013. I have decided on "fearless," and will be posting this year a lot of scripture regarding the subject of fear.
A favorite quote for today..."Maybe instead of resolutions, we need revolution - a revolution of a whole new way of life." my pastor, Travis Schroeder.
One of my favorite things... a house in order.
A few plans for the rest of the week: a lot of organizing for the new year at work, and some S.O.A.P. work at home. (Stay tuned to find out what S.O.A.P. means.)
A peek into my day...

Love the one that said if it doesn't get done tomorrow it doesn't matter anyway! :) I am learning that too. And love the quote from your Pastor, it's so true!! Have a great week!
