Day 16 - Be Encouraged: God Will Forgive

 
Have you ever felt like you have just messed up too many times?

1 John 1:9 (NKJV)

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

 He is faithful to forgive.

There is a cone geyser in Yellowstone National Park called Old Faithful.  "It is ... called the most predictable geographical feature on Earth erupting (on the average) almost every 91 minutes."  (Wikipedia)

God, who created Old Faithful, is more faithful than that!

And if you think that what you have done is too great a sin for Him to forgive; why then, you are making that sin bigger than God!

If you sincerely repent, He will sincerely forgive.  It's as simple as that.
