The child of God will experience life in that heavenly city with joy because "there will be no more sadness, but all will be gladness."
God Himself. Shall. Wipe. Away. Our. Tears. How awesome is that?
Revelations 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
No more depression, no "blue Mondays," no more "terrible, horrible, no-good very-bad days" as Alexander used to lament in the children's book by Judith Viorst. No more "rainy days that always get me down" ...
What would it be like to know that every day is going to be a good day from now on?
What will it be like to know you'll never again have any pain - physical or emotional?
